There is nothing more important to marketing than properly telling and sharing the brand story.

I set out to create a marketing company that will fill the very needs I had when I owned my first brand, Brooke and Nora at Home.  When I was a busy entrepreneur, and making my own products by hand, I had little time for marketing even though it was what I loved.  Finding a manufacture, raising capital, and handling the accounting side of things was more than one person could handle and that left me with little time for telling my brand story.

With so many marketing platforms out there, that are key to driving revenue, it can all feel so overwhelming.  Many days I had no idea where to even start.  From email marketing campaigns, public relations, social media, printed materials, videos, and website design and maintenance, it is all so encompassing.  I ended up farming out the different aspects to a handful of vendors.  I hired a social media company, a public relations firm, a graphic designer, and well, you get the picture.

My biggest issue was that I felt like some of the people I hired, never properly told the brand story.  Not in the way I would if I had the time.  The biggest failure was the social media manager.  The company posted a few times a week and everything fell flat.  It was obvious the content was not from me or anyone who worked closely with the brand.  It was uninviting and disingenuous.  I finally got to a point where I took the task back to myself.  I tried another company, but the results were the same. The views decreased and the ROI was nonexistent.

Telling the brand story is hands down the most important part of marketing.  It’s how we capture the audience, build report, and cultivate raving fans.  The brand story should inspire people to not just purchase but make them truly feel like part of a culture.  Doing this correctly involves creating content through pictures and videos that shows who your brand is. Why you started the brand, and the people who keep the brand alive.

This is why I created Creative Stories Media.  I wanted to offer a solution to people just like myself.  Brands who want their voices heard and their story told in ways they would tell it themselves if they had the time and resources.  Our social media and content team is dedicated to putting out our client’s brand stories in ways that connect, engage, and inspire the audience. We take the time to truly learn about your brand’s history, the why, the will, and the people who make it special.  We don’t just aim to complete a social calendar; we aim to create social post that shine a light on the beauty of who you are.

Creative Stories Media can tell your brand story in ways no other marketing company can.
